17 companies. 17 different starting points. All built into top dealers for their carrier.
Most companies don't struggle because they lack effort or talent. They struggle because they've outgrown their structure and haven't yet built the systems, clarity, or accountability to carry them to the next level.
Unclear organizational structure and role ownership
Roles overlap, accountability is murky, and no one is sure who owns what.
Leaders reacting instead of leading
Leadership spends its time putting out fires rather than driving strategy.
Departments operating in silos
Teams work independently with no cross-functional alignment or shared direction.
Wasted time, labor, and operating costs
Inefficient workflows drain resources and slow down execution across the business.
Inconsistent execution across teams
Performance varies wildly by location, manager, and market with no standard model.
Growth that has outpaced the structure
The business has scaled faster than its systems, clarity, and accountability can support.
Each service area is designed to address a specific layer of organizational effectiveness, from structure and process to people and culture.

Many consultants can identify problems. Fewer can translate those findings into realistic solutions that work inside a real business — with real people, limited time, and competing priorities. That's what we do.
Not theory alone. Deep, hands-on experience leading operational improvement, organizational design, leadership development, and culture transformation in growing businesses.
Every recommendation is designed to be executed, not just presented. We build practical solutions that fit your business's actual constraints, timeline, and capacity.
We work across both dimensions — people and process — which allows for a more complete and sustainable solution than addressing one without the other.
We work from executive strategy down to front-line execution so changes don't stop at the leadership level but actually take hold across the business.
No off-the-shelf playbooks. Every recommendation is built around how your company actually operates, what it's realistically capable of, and where it needs to go.
We build for where you're going, not just where you are. The structures, systems, and leadership capabilities we help you build are designed to support growth beyond this engagement.

My name is Shayan Ibrahim [pronounced shy-awn]. If you're looking for someone who genuinely understands what it feels like to be inside a growing company trying to figure things out, you've found the right person. I've led at the highest levels of corporate America and brought that knowledge to growing businesses. I've spent 18 years not just advising businesses, but actually running them. This work isn't abstract to me. It's personal and where I excel.
I grew up as a Pakistani American in South Louisiana, where my parents instilled in me a sense of hard work and doing right by others — it's how I operate. It's also where I met my best friend, who is now my fiancée. These values helped build a foundation within me on how I approach relationships: with commitment, care, and a long-term mindset.
I started my career with Apple, then joined AT&T where I spent over a decade building things that lasted. As Chief of Staff to C-Suite leaders, I helped lead departments responsible for billions in revenue and supported strategy across 5,700+ retail locations nationwide. I didn't just learn how great companies operate, I helped design it.
From there, I moved into the Authorized Retail space as Vice President, overseeing 1,100+ locations and 2,000+ employees during my career. I've successfully supported 24 Authorized Retailers, helping each one build structure, scale profitably, and operate with the discipline of an enterprise while keeping the soul of a small business.
I went to school for Architecture. I loved the systems logic and design thinking, but quickly realized my true passion was people. I've carried that same structural mindset into every phase of my career and business I've touched since. What I bring to Ibrahim Consulting is what I wish more of my clients had access to earlier — strategic clarity, operational rigor, and a people-first approach that makes growth feel less like chaos and more like momentum.
